More information about 24x URSTROM THE NATURAL ALEThe unfiltered specialty made from two-row spring barley and aroma hops.URSTROM – ORGANIC ALEOur Urstrom Ale is produced in small batches from organically grown barley and wheat as well as selected aroma hops from controlled organic cultivation. Various organic malts are used to achieve the pure taste with the slightly sweet note and the orange-golden color. The specially selected top-fermenting yeast strain contributes to the roundness and harmony of the beer. The hops are not only used in the brewhouse. Some of it is added to the beer as it matures. This allows the full aroma of the hops to pass into the beer during the long storage period without making it overly bitter and rounding it off with a fruity aroma.As always, we give our Urstrom enough time to mature and it is neither filtered nor stabilized before bottling.
